Frequently Asked Questions

Can any items remain in the drawers of my furniture?
The only items that you should leave in your dresser or bureau drawers are clothing and linens. We ask that you remove all fragile, valuable, or heavy items and anything that can move around in transit and pack them in the appropriate boxes.

Can you move house plants?
Yes, in most cases, your plants can be moved by our crew. You just want to make sure that you stop watering them 3 days prior to your moving day, so that they do not drip in the moving van and damage any of your other belongings.

Can you disconnect my appliances for moving?
With any electrical connections, we will be more than happy to assist you. However, with any gas or water lines you should consult your local utilities company. This is to insure the safety of everyone participating in your move.
