Sorry for taking so long to get back to you… I wanted to let you know how our move went from RDA’s perspective: basically, it was fantastic. The 7 movers arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked straight through to 4:00 p.m. They were polite and on task, and patient with our ‘situation’ and our packing job. They were completely professional and did an excellent job. It is funny, because i heard horror stories from so many others when preparing for this move, but i didn’t experience anything negative, and was so pleased with the hard work and willingness of your team (as well as the excellent customer service and flexibility you showed when i phoned with our ‘situation’.
Thanks again, and i will definitely recommend your company to others looking for movers.

We are the folks that had you handle two moves for us. The first move was a few things from a house in San Francisco along with a very, very full storage area in Santa Rosa. It was flawless!! The next week, your team packed, loaded and delivered (to Oregon) our parents home and collection items. That was an amazing feat, done with organization, diplomacy and general good cheer.
Amy, Enrique, thank you for your services. Working with you tow was so very easy and pleasant. Your bid was reasonable and your team was where you promised they would be when you promised that they would be there. Your office followed up with use before each move, so we felt confident about what was going to happen.
We also wanted to thank the guys, they worked hard and long to get everything in place as we asked, they knew where items were on the truck, they were patient and pleasant with us and our parents and they were cheerful from beginning to end. I want to thank once again and offer kudos to all those who were involved in my most recent move.
As all of you know, this last move was my 5th within 6years. And i have used Cummings each and every time! And, even though this last move was with a lot less furniture, due to the heavy rain, my two large sofas, the logistics at both ends, i feel that this was the hardest move of all!
Anyway i want to personally thank the office staff who are always on the ball, and always empathetic to my never-ending apartment problems! I truly appreciate your professionalism!
Enrique-as owner of the company, i was glad to finally meet you! And, I especially appreciate the two times you came to see me, to help me regarding my sofa issue. Cummings is a great company!

We run a small business from home, so minimizing our downtime is critical. Thanks to you team, we were offline for less than a day. We are able to put our hands on everything we need to pick up our work where we left off, thanks to the organization of your crew.
We also have a collection of artwork, including large paintings and fragile sculpture. Every single thing arrived intact- not a scratch anywhere. J.C was extremely organized and focused. The whole team was punctual, polite, flexible and extremely tidy. I was amazed that just two men managed to unload all of our things yesterday, in just a couple of hours. They helped us land in our new home in record time, with minimal stress.

It is a rare and wonderful privilege to offer help to someone in a desperate situation. Yesterday, my client called me with a desperate need to immediately pack up and remove a substantial amount of extremely delicate high tech systems and an immense armoire that was wedged into a tight nook.

This is a long overdue expression of gratitude for the excellent service your company provided me in connection with my move within Mill Valley. I was impressed with every contact i had with your company. The person who made the estimate was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a written bid that was reasonable and competitive with others i got. And during subsequent phone calls, your staff answered all my questions and readily accommodated my scheduling requests.
On the actual moving day, three very professional movers showed up precisely on time. After noting which items were to be moved, they proceeded to wrap everything up so well that it could have been shipped to China instead of just a few miles away! I was especially concerned about my piano and buffet with glass doors, since these were both delicate, but extremely awkward going up two flights of stairs. It took the movers a great deal of effort, but everything arrived safely and was placed exactly where i asked.
The movers were also helpful beyond what their jobs required. One had pointed out to me that some slats in my son’s platform bed were broken, causing it to tilt. After the movers left, i was surprised to walk into my son’s new room and discover that they had repaired the bed!
I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a smooth, first-class move. Thank you for making this part of my transition the easiest!

However, from the moment the crew arrived, we knew we were in for a pleasant surprise.
